Let’s start by giving bonuses to technicians that get ten 5⭐️ In a row give them gift cards to Home Depot or lowes to by tools. Increase the rate for technicians that do a great job that take care of the customer Hello Tech wants the technician to do 100% in return give us 100% especially when tech does a great job period
