Enable techs to offer phone support services
With a designated percentage of the job payout and customer cost, allow tech to provide phone support to prevent the need for an on-site visit. This would allow a tech greater flexibility to provide service (and time) to the customer without the need to be on-site. Even though HT offers phone service, a customer may be more willing to accept this type of service when they know the person they are talking to will be the one who shows up, if needed.

Peter Nell MergedI often see software issues that can be easily resolved via a remote connection. We can easily troubleshoot network printer issues, Wi-Fi connection issues, if Ethernet cable is available. We can also troubleshoot email issues , various cloud based issues. Zoom setups as well as training..This can increase our coverage areas.
