Chris L.Pass on to the tech from the customer on how to locate their residence if it's difficult to find. And if there is any restrictions like a security guard, pin codes, gates, restricted parking, etc.

Steven AAdding in if the location is above ground floor. Is there an elevator available or stairs only?
Very important to know when you are alone and have several heavy items to bring with you. -

I showed up an they guy had just bought a commercial building, and built himself a little pad inside of it. And me with my 8 foot ladder this building was at least 23 foot tall.then the side of the building was concrete with red brick glued to the interior, guess how many dill bits I had to use to go though that !!!

Jaime DiazYes, this should be verified by Hellotech and verify if their is a parking fee. If yes, then include fee in the bill or give the ability to add the fee.
I did a job at a apartment complex and parked in guess parking. No obvious signs saying I need to register or pay for parking. I finished the job and came out to see my car missing. I called 911 they looked up my plate # and saw on their record my car was towed because I did not register online for parking. I paid $230 to take my car out.
I did another job in Texas at a downtown apartments for a Wal-Mart TV $60 payout for install + 30 mile round trip and paid $27 to park in parking Garage.
