Allow techs to communicate with clients
There should be a way to message clients to clarify questions they didn't answer (or didn't answer correctly), talk about covid safety, get more info, etc. Either with an integrated chat or by providing a phone number or an alias number that will redirect if you don't want to share contact info.

Jason Fong MergedLet techs and clients ask and answer questions directly through the app. Most jobs does not have enough detail.

Brian M.Every time I take a job they has a computer issue with internet connectivity listed it is almost always an older person over 50 and they always say it’s really about a password problem. It’s always about getting locked out of their PC.
I had one guy state it was about his printer and then once I got there he added 5 extra things to the job. I did all of them with multiple computers and then added these services to the job and he got mad and actually asked why it was over $250!
I told him that the job was only for his printer that he added all those extra services and that he has to pay for hem if he wants me to do the work other wise he has to do it himself because I’m. It going to work for free. -

Ryan OsswaldThis would be very helpful when the jobs have very little detail available.
