Add job details to the job board
Add job details so the tech can know what they need for the job before they claim it
Some of these jobs that we get, do not have enough detailed information to know what is needed for the job and I don’t know till I get on site. Please make the customer detail what they need done so we can determine what tools we need for the job

Rick Hageter MergedAdd a job description for each job on the job board. This would be very helpful in deciding whether or not taking a particular job is cost effective. If a job is 100 miles away and pays 200 dollars, i might like to claim that job. But, if that job requires me to provide a full motion mount and in wall wire concealment, it may no longer be cost effective for me to claim that job unless i can schedule it with another job in that area.

Chris Snyder MergedWhen you look at the job board it gives you no information about what the job entails. We don't even know if a second tech would be needed to hang a TV. It is hard to accept a job when you don't know the details of what will be expected.

SelinaAgree, more detail on the job board. I don’t take jobs just because I have no idea of the complete scope or work. There are some tasks that are part of some job titles off the table for me personally. It can be part of a job title that comes up on the job board but without details I don’t know if those tasks are part of the scope of work so I don’t take the job.
