Enable techs to ask customer questions before accepting a job
I've noticed lately that a lot of info is missing on TV installs (such as size of TV, mounting surface, and if customer has mounting hardware). If the tech could get these questions answered before accepting, tech could decide if they want to accept job or if customer needs parts, cables, etc.

Hank GalloI had a client that put in the notes"i just need help deciding what to buy". I saw 8t after I accepted the job for an alternate time. As soon as I accepted she canceled. I called her, discussed what she needed and ill be installing 3 Ring products this week.
