Provide tech performance metrics relative to their location
Since HelloTech is algorithmic base, I think it will incentivize techs if they know where they ranked in their local area.

David C in DCIn markets where the tech-to-job ratios are deteriorating due to saturation of tech pool, this information is vital to provide insight into overall business opportunity for the technician. I realize it’s a complex issue with a bunch of different perspectives and moving parts - Tech performance metrics, skill set, order volume. But flying blind or needlessly wondering “is it me? Or are there just no jobs out there right now…“ is no way to run a business - especially when the data is out there, but elusive for tech consumption.

DohHelloTech is a tech company that is not behaving like a tech company, and even the customers are noticing. Many times I show up at a customer’s house and they are surprised at the amount of information that the tech did not receive before the job (even though they did provide that info). It is really embarrassing when customers say things like “and you are a tech company”. I also live in the DC market and most people here work in industries that are data-driven. Whether the data is being collected and not being shared with the techs, or not being collected at all, I don’t know. But I know this: has this “tech” company been run like an actual tech company, we would have already been listed on the stock market for several years and making shareholders a lot of money, because we provide critical in-home services. The fact that a “tech” company does not know how to properly use its own data to foster growth is a serious management issue.
