Improve handling of instances where techs don't mark "en route" and "start job"
As a guy who is busy on the road with a day job, I sometimes forget to hit both of these on the app and I am seemingly penalized for it. I've done it several times even while being at the job 10 minutes early I think it's just very unnecessary. At the very least we should be able to have a comment section with an explanation or only be penalized after a certain number of offenses within a certain time frame like for instance more than one late start in a 30 day period. Every month should be a fresh start.

Molly Siskin MergedEspecially on their first task, it is unfair to penalize techs for not knowing they are supposed to check in when on the way and again once they arrived. This was not clear in training and it's not fair to take such a large chunk of our income.

Steven ASince the app geo tracks us enroute, it should record whenever the tech has arrived and been onsite for say 5+ minutes (ensuring they didn't drive past missing it and turning around, ect.) So whenever a low service area job is part of the scenario, the technician won't get penalized for not being able to hit start. *(this goes with another post higher up involving app recording local start in low to no signal areas)
