Restrict customers from cramming additional services in "Anything else we should know?" text box
This question is used by customer to add more services that customer wants, like in wall concealment, or i have more devices, or things that are additional services. You should eliminate that question or be more specific because many times customers try to add many things

Steven AI agree.. and increase the availabile number of devices to pick from. 3 listed on work order, arrive and it's 10+.
There have been many times that I informed my client I would need to update the work order to reflect the add on and they have told me "the rep on the phone said you would handle whatever I needed". -

Tim WatsonThis is done VERY frequently and I've had to decline jobs because of the misuse of this when the customers fill this with extra services they are expected not to pay for.

Hank GalloSame here. Client choose one camera, then added in the additional comment that a total of 4 need to be installed. Do clients really think we'll install 4 cameras for the price of 1? What happens when we decline or is a tech really doing all 4?
