Improve the job descriptions sent to techs
So many job offers come my way with absolutely no details as to what the job actually is, and sometimes no indication of whether it’s a PC or Mac. Naturally I pass on those jobs. There should be a system put in place where whoever takes the orders is able to determine the actual job by asking the right questions.

Steven AI second this.
Because of my range of abilities I do not pass on many jobs. However, I am almost always more hesitant about instant accepting when there are no details.. are they able to help with heavy objects? Do I need a helper? What specific tools will I need?
Because of the unknowns, I typically run with a full car of tool boxes, ladders, concealment, audio/video/power cords, extra batteries for power tools, and anything else I may need for anything that may come up. Many times, I have been a county or two away from home and get offered a same day further away, if I wasn't loaded like I am, I would miss those opportunities. However, not everyone can do that. Specific job details are very important to proper and efficient order completion. -

Jaron BanksThis is one of main complaints, jobs rarely match the details provided. Many times the customer states they made a request to have a call or the same tech come back and seems like they were completely ignored.

RichardForce customers to complete the online questioners about the job. I have lost count of how many TV jobs are posted without telling it is going to be mounted over a fire place.
Have them tell what TV brand it is e.g. some Samsungs require mounting bolts that some TV mount mfgrs don't include. Have them compulsorily tell the specific TV size -

DohThis is probably the biggest issue with the HelloTech platform (beside the payout scale). The job description is poor or non-existent, so techs have to accept jobs blindly, then get in touch with customers to figure out if the job is worth it. But if you cancel after the fact-finding call, it hurts your score because you already took the job. So I went from declining 25% of job offers, to now declining 75%. Very disappointing.
