Provide a faster support method
It would be wonderful if there was a better way to get non-emergency support.
Right now the only way is to send an email. For example, I sent an email on 12/4/21 asking for assistance in getting job offers since i reactivated my account in mid-November.
After not receiving an official reply I sent another email on 12/11/21. On 12/15/21 I received an official reply with a link to a form that they wanted me to fill and return which I did the same day. After not receiving a reply by 12/19/21 I sent another email.
So now, it is 12/20/21, after over a month, I am still not getting jobs and have only received one official reply which I responded to the same day.
I feel if I had been able to telephone I would have solved this problem in early December at the latest.

Shaun GeerThe email support is also just bad. Two out of three times the support misread my question and answers a question I did not ask. They are either overworked and/or English is not their first language?

Shaun Geer MergedOften times it takes up words of two days for email support to get back to me. Further, they often show poor reading comprehension, probably not answering or understanding the question correctly at least a third if not more of the time.

Jerome Williams MergedTechnician support: have a direct access to a community representative when having questions about account. Email is very slow and sometimes no response as follow back from email
