Include additional customer details for partner work orders
I’ve noticed a lot of Walmart/Target orders contain little to no information about the service or device that customers have purchased. I showed up with a tv mount for a 55inch tv install but the client actually had a 75inch tv and the mount I brought didn’t work. A $70 payout was effectively negated because I had to buy TWO mounts. We need to know, as techs, what customers buy so we can help them the first time. It’s a bad look. For Hellitech when we show up unprepared based on inaccuracies. We need more details on these orders ANd the ability to edit these orders to accommodate changes or additional sales.

Kevin WilliamsThe option for customers to upload pictures onto Xfinity orders should be available showing where they want the cable outlet installed or replaced.They should also be able to provide more detailed notes that show up on the work order.
