Reschedule appointments with consent from client
Clients don’t want to go through the process of changing appointment times, especially if it requires making another call after already speaking to you. If you collectively agree on a new date or time, the tech should be able to submit with a confirmation that goes to the customer.

Joshua K. MergedOften times the job scope details are inaccurate, resulting in more time needed to complete. As such we need to communicate earlier arrivals or the customer needs more time for them or us to acquire additional parts leading to a later start. We should be able to change the date and time. I wouldn’t mind if when moving the date it generates a text to the customer with a link that they have to click on to confirm the change so we have proof the customer confirmed it.

Brian M.Almost all of my clients are older or middle aged women that don’t understand tech. They already have a hard time using a computer so they don’t want to set the a new schedule time on a computer. They always tell me that they want me to set up a new time for another issue for them in the system because they hate doing it online. They want me to do it for them.
