Allow techs to contact customers even after a job has started
As soon as Job is started, I can no longer call customer / see his phone number. Why not keeping it visible until Job completed?

Quemasi HickersonI agree. There are times i show up and they don’t answer the door. I have to make sure i call before i hit start job just incase they don't answer. They number should just stay there till the job is finished

Brian M.I find it very strange and kinda ridiculous that I can’t contact a customer after I get there and I click that I’m there. I have found several situations where the customer didn’t know I was at the front door because they were playing loud music or a sleep and couldn’t hear me banging on the front door because their door bell doesn’t exist or it’s broken.
Why does the ability to call the client disappear when I get there and click start on the job? It makes no sense!
If I wait to click on start because I need to call and talk to the customer to answer the door will be considered late but I if I click on start right when I get there to prevent being late I can’t contact them anymore?! Why? It makes no sense!
Don’t take away the ability to contact the customer.
Every time the customer said why didn’t you call me? And I had to explain to them that my ability go a away when I arrive and start the job in the app! They also thought it made no sense and was ridiculous. -

Hank GalloI'm in the habit of copying and pasting the address and phone number into notes when I accept the job, in case I have to go out and pick up supplies.

JasonNot a bad idea. This is especially useful when you are texting your direct HelloTech booking page to customers for future bookings directly with you. I have gotten in the habit of drafting a text ahead of time that is ready to send at the end of the job, but I have found a few occasions where I forget and end up asking the customer for their number to text since it no longer shows in the app.

Tim WatsonI agree! This has been a huge annoyance and another stumbling block to communicate with the customer.
